Deal

Our analysis includes a thorough review of the sponsor’s underwriting inputs, business plan, market dynamics, and capital stack structure.

Sponsor

We want to know if the sponsor is willing and able to execute on the business plan.

We look at the sponsor’s track record and complete a KYC review and background checks on the firm’s principals.

Structure

Even if the sponsor is great and the deal looks good, we make sure the deal is fair to investors.

This includes a review of sponsor fees, profit splits, and PPM review.  We also want to know that investors will have a positive onboarding experience and transparent communication during the investment
