Equity Leap: Built to Serve Investors

Equity Leap (FKA Leap Multifamily) was founded in 2020 with the goal of helping investors build wealth on their way to a happy retirement. Many investors want to diversify their portfolios into real estate but don’t have the time or knowledge.
We gain access to hundreds of deals each year. Only a few make the cut, and we present 4-6 deals to investors each year. We work with some of the top sponsors in the nation in several different asset classes.

Founder

Jason Thiele is a top executive in the real estate industry, holding an MBA in commercial real estate. He has extensive real-world experience, having underwritten billions in commercial real estate deals. Very few of those deals make the final cut and Equity Leap investors have now invested in assets worth over $750 million.

Recognized nationally, Jason regularly speaks at industry conferences and enjoys teaching investors about economics, cash flow analysis, market trends, and demographics. In his free time, he likes traveling with his wife and two daughters, working out, and supporting the Denver Broncos.

Investment Thesis & Portfolio

We believe in asset diversification and recommend that a solid investment portfolio includes substantial real estate exposure. This real estate component should be diversified across asset classes, sponsors, and locations. Therefore, we invest in multifamily properties, land entitlements, self-storage, industrial real estate, and other real assets.
